Return Policy for Best Services SA Online Shop

Currently, we do not sell any products thru our online shop and only feature various niche products from small businesses and individuals to showcase, promote and create awareness towards their products. All products featured in the online shop have a direct link to their online shop where a purchase can take place thru their check-out.

Our Return Policy at Best Services SA

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers.


Our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.


As soon as you return your item to us and it's received into our system, we will expeditiously send a refund of your purchase either by Paypal or credit card. Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.

We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any orders or returns.


Products sold by Best Services SA qualify for a free exchange or replacement within 21 days from the date your order ships.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge of R100 will be deducted from your refund. Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be assessed for your refund.

We do not refund any freight or shipping charges.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 21 days from the date your order ships.
