Construction Manager
Overall management of the building projects. With a Civil Engineering Diploma from Wits and is a qualified carpenter. Emmanuel has more than 30 years construction experience focussing on the building of luxury homes.
Jurie Small
Site Manager
Oversees the day-to-day management on all sites, supervision of subcontractors (including finishes) as well as time lines. As Senior Finishing Foreman, Jurie was an integral member of the of the construction teams building Menlyn Maine, Rosebank Towers and Alice Lane offices in Sandton.
Mollie Small
Financial Manager
Works closely with the clients as key liaison. Her eye for detail ensures the quality of work at each stage of the project. She guides her clients in choosing finishes to enhance & compliment the design and within budget.
Eugene Small
Quality Control Manager
The perfectionist, with his thoroughness and accuracy when doing quality control on site ensures that when the project is handed over – it is as close to perfect as is possible in the business of construction.
He is also responsible for the marketing of JAS Construction PTY Ltd.
