All Skilled Staff, supervisors, electricians, technicians, and quality controllers are experts in their respective fields and are devoted to improving together with the company.

QECC’s Social Economic Development (SED) strategy is about empowering the communities in our project catchment areas with resources, support, and skills that ultimately lead to better lives.
QECC aims to spend 1% of its net profit after tax (NPAT) on community projects and non-profit organizations.
QECC’s SED Programmed has three key focus areas:
Education and Training: with a particular focus on math, science, environmental science and technology education.
Social development: investing in community development programs, HIV/Aids awareness and other emergency-related initiatives such as disaster relief.
Economic development: with particular emphasis on promoting the sustainable creation of employment, particularly for marginalized and unskilled groups such as women and youth.

The design and operation of new plants and plant modification will comply with the country’s environmental standards. Our standards will meet applicable legislation and may exceed those requirements to meet the specific needs of our facilities. We will also encourage innovation and participation in the development of better technology and relevant legislation.
We will conserve the ecological habitats at our site, especially those containing local fauna and flora. Significant historical objects and artifacts, records, documents, buildings, and surrounds will be conserved, restored, and displayed. Employees and surrounding communities will be encouraged to identify with and Participate in an appreciation of the people’s rich and historical and cultural heritage.
Sites
All employees on the company’s sites are sensitized to the controlled and efficient use of all resources and especially the conservative use of water and electricity as well as other natural resources, whilst minimizing waste through recycling. Adherence to stringent regulations protecting the environment is a minimum to executing business.
