Established in 2010, Zawadi has grown from strength to strength and has placed itself as a brand in the North West Province, specifically in Mahikeng. On 30 April 2015, we successfully opened our own Wedding and Conference Venue, Called Monakaladi Gardens.
The main objective of Zawadi is to offer professional events services, add an exclusive stylish touch to any event, at a cost that will definitely not leave you bankrupt.
We have over 10 years of experience in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry and continue to empower ourselves with regular training and updating and increasing our area of expertise.
We Offer The Following
We offer Events Décor, Catering and Equipment Hire in Mahikeng and surrounding areas to private clients, government, private sector, churches, and schools.
With a vast experience amongst the management and team, we are able to service clients in small groups, as well as larger functions.
Zawadi Projects is able to cater for outdoor or offsite events such as product launches, community outreaches, as well as in-house functions such as trainings and meetings.
From the year 2017, our main focus will be on catering as well as events equipment rental. Clients will be welcome to hire out equipment for their events, without necessarily booking our team to do the actual setup and deliveries.
As our skills and vision grow, we also focus more on where we want to go. We aim to grow our catering division for both in-house and off-site catering needs, from breakfast to dinner, including snack platters all sorts of events like weddings, meetings and conferences, and birthday functions.
Our Catering Services
With a Higher Diploma from the renowned International Hotel School of South Africa and affiliations with The South African Chef Association and The Culinary Arts Association of South Africa, the owners of Monakaladi Gardens pride themselves in the food craft.
We would like to expand this department further as we now have our own fully equipped commercial kitchen at our venue, Monakaladi Gardens. We aim to cater to snack platters, desserts, and baked goodies, set menus and buffet menus both in-house at our venue, and for clients in their desired locations for meetings, weddings, birthday parties etc. No event is too big for us, and it is our desire to cater to you.

Opened on 30th April 2015, Monakaladi Gardens is set to be amongst sought after Wedding and Conference Venues in the Ngaka Modiri Molema District, North West. Recently awarded 2 Stars by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa in such as short operational time, Monakaladi Gardens is indeed the ideal place to celebrate. With a 300 – 500 seater hall (depending on setup style), 3 lavish gardens, outdoor area with swimming pool, kiddies jungles gym, go-karts for kids and adults, there is more than plenty to cater for the different needs of each client.
