Tow truck drivers and assistant tow truck drivers should ensure that they conduct themselves in a courteous and civil manner at all times.
Tow truck drivers and assistant tow truck drivers are not to indulge or use alcohol or drugs or be under influence of these whilst on duty.
Tow truck drivers and assistant tow truck drivers must ensure that the highest possible service is rendered to the customer, the authorities, and the general public.
Tow truck drivers and assistant tow truck drivers should not take any action which would abuse the trust of the public or exploit public lack of knowledge or experience which could harm or mislead any consumer or customer
