WE CAN WORK OUT A PACKAGE DEAL THAT INCLUDES DESIGN AND BUILDING COSTNG NEW HOMES 1. Existing stand. 2. Designing: we work closely with our architects in your designing process in order to keep rates affordable for your pocket 3. Costing: we work out what your design will cost. (including fees you will need to pay to local authorities e.g: nhbrc, engineers fees, homeowners associations for estates, etc.) 4. Registration of plans: homeowners board in estates, council submissions, and nhrbc registrations once plans are approved 5. Building: breaking ground and start the building 6. Handover: we give you the keys to your beautiful new home
