IMPORTANT INFORMATION: SHIPPING POLICY DOMESTIC Once we have received your dress, it will take about another week for us to ensure that the quality is up to par and correct according to your specifications. The dress will then be shipped via standard postal services (SAPS). INTERNATIONAL Please allow up to 8 weeks for manufacturing and shipping from our suppliers. All dresses have to go through customs and be released. This takes about 2 weeks in total. QUALITY AND COLOUR As with any imported dress, the colour might vary slightly. We do have the colour charts available on our premises and you are welcome to come and have a look and choose your colour and material. All dresses go through a strict quality control check with our suppliers, as well as with us. The images and the actual dress will at all times vary as the exact lace or beads are not always available. We will inform you as to any possible changes to the best of our abilities. TERMS AND CONDITIONS IMPORTS If there are any delays in shipping beyond our control, we will not be held liable for this. All dresses are made to represent the picture. There may be slight deviations from the design on the picture. Fairytales will not be held liable for any minor design errors on imported dresses. No dresses will be imported unless the full amount owing has been received. DRESS-MAKING Once a design has been approved by the client, any additional alterations to the design of the dress will be charged accordingly. Once the material has been purchased, there may be no changes, unless they are paid for. Once a dress has been cut, the client becomes liable to pay for the material used. DRESS HIRING All dresses that are hired are subject to a deposit fee. If dresses are late, there will be a deduction of R100 per day for every day that the dress is late. If dresses are damaged, a damages fee may apply. IMPORT FOR HIRE Fairytales allows you the option to import a dress for hire, provided we agree to the design. All costs should be paid before the order is placed.
