On-site pool water storage with a temporary water storage tank!
Need to empty your pool for relining or renovation? There is no need to waste invaluable water, or even pay heavy water penalties! Cape Pool Renovators will empty your swimming pool into water storage tanks and then pump the water back in on completion of your renovation or reline!
Our temporary water storage tanks are: • Flexible • Portable • High quality • Easy to use • With 6 x 20 000L water storage tanks, we can facilitate up to 120 000 litres of temporary water storage (adequate space to be provided onsite) • Our staff will set up and break down the temporary water storage units, including emptying and refilling the pool
Basic steps on how to re-line fiberglass pools
Grind under pool paving
Prepare surface to accept 450gr chopped strand mat, laminated with NCS isophthalic resin
Apply 1 layer of surface tissue
Supply and fit screen-printed mosaics laminated with clear NPG pool coat
Sand down and re-coat where necessary
Apply non-slip surface to steps
Supply and laminate ‘Pool Blue’ (or other) NCS pool coat with textured lambswool roller

Fiberglass linings & pool resurfacing
Regardless of what your pool is constructed from (e.g concrete, vinyl, fiberglass, etc), all swimming pools have a shelf life. This means that after a period of time, swimming pools will eventually start degrading, discolouring, leaking etc. We will give you a free, no-obligation quote, to re-line (resurface) your swimming pool in fiberglass (or marbelite if requested). In just a matter of a few days, your pool can go from dreary and tired to looking sparkling and brand spanking new!

AQUACLEAR saltwater pool chlorinators are designed, manufactured, and assembled locally in Cape Town.Quality tested, these are high quality and affordable saltwater chlorinators. Each unit is housed in a powder-coated, white aluminium casing which is highly durable and rust-resistant. AQUACLEAR products use a reverse polarity technology; this results in long term reliability (note that the electrode has a shelf-life of 2-3 years and can be easily replaced). AQUACLEAR units are simple to operate and can be easily installed into either new or existing filtration systems. The control unit is fitted with a salt output indicator, allowing for easy monitoring and adjustment.
